It is very important to install the high-pressure hose correctly, and I can divide it into six specific situations.
1. When installing the high-pressure hose, do not allow the high-pressure hose to be twisted. Otherwise, the high-pressure hose will be damaged or the connection will loosen when under pressure.
Second, when the bending radius of the high-pressure hose is too small, it should be noted that it is more reasonable to use right-angle joints to avoid sharp bending and distortion of the high-pressure hose.
Third, when the high-pressure hose is pressurized, the length of the high-pressure hose will change. (If the stroke of the steel wire layer inside the high-pressure hose is large, the length of the high-pressure hose under pressure will become shorter. On the contrary, if the stroke is small, the length of the high-pressure hose will become longer.) Generally, the product is somewhat inaccurate, so changing the length and shortening cannot be avoided. If the high-pressure hose is installed, there is a bend. No fixtures should be added to the bend of the high pressure hose. The high pressure hose should be free to move. Once it is fixed, it is easy to cause the wear of the crimping part to increase.
Fourth, in order to prevent the high-pressure hose from being damaged and the flow being restricted, the bending radius of the high-pressure hose should be increased as much as possible.
Fifth, when installing the high-pressure hose, remember not to twist the high-pressure hose, otherwise it is easy to damage the high-pressure hose or loosen the crimped joint when under pressure.
Sixth, when installing the high-pressure hose between objects, a certain space should be reserved to avoid friction between the high-pressure hose and the object during operation. If you can't avoid it, try to get some protection. Such as high pressure hose sheath.
